The terms, in plain English.
These are the terms for using this website. The commercial terms for buying, hiring or servicing a generator are not hidden in here — they arrive in your written quote, where you can actually read them before you commit to anything.

This website at www.powerworx.online is run by PowerWorx, a generator sales, hire and service business based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Using the site means these terms apply to that use. Reach us at info@powerworx.online.
What this site is
The site exists to tell you what we do, show you the range, publish our hire rates, and take your enquiry. It is information and a way to start a conversation — it is not a shop, and nothing on it is a contractual offer. A contract with us forms one way: you accept a written quote.
Published rates and the catalogue
We publish our hire rates because you should not have to ask twice to learn a price. They are the working rates at the date they were published, and the price that binds either of us is the one in your written quote. The same goes for the catalogue: availability moves week to week, so confirm before you plan around a unit.
The sizing estimator gives you an honest first estimate from what you type in — that is all it is. Before we quote, we size properly from your load list, and it is the sizing in the written quote that we stand behind.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending the enquiry form asks us for a quote; it does not commit you to buying or us to supplying. If anything on this site and your written quote ever disagree, the written quote wins — it is the document we prepared for your job, and this site is the general case. What we do with the information you send is on the privacy page.
Buying, hiring and service terms
The terms that govern an actual job — payment, delivery, deposits, fuel, damage, off-hire, warranty — come with the written quote and the documents you sign, so you see them before you commit, for the specific job they cover. This page does not restate them and does not override them.
Keeping the site accurate
We publish what we can prove, we date time-sensitive claims so you can check them, and we correct errors when we find them. We still cannot promise a website is error-free at every moment, so: decisions worth money should rest on your written quote, not on a page that may have changed since we last touched it.
Fair use of the site
Use the site as a person looking into generators, and everything on it is yours to read. What we ask you not to do: flood the enquiry form (it is rate-limited and we block abuse), probe or attack the site, or scrape it wholesale to republish somewhere else.
Whose names are whose
The text, design and images on this site belong to PowerWorx. HIMOINSA and other manufacturers’ names and marks belong to their owners — we use them to tell you what equipment we supply and service, not to claim they endorse this website.
Liability for the site itself
The site is provided as-is. To the extent Zimbabwean law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the site alone rather than on a written quote, or by the site being briefly unavailable or out of date. Nothing here excludes rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the law of Zimbabwe, and Zimbabwean courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If we change the terms, the date at the top moves; using the site after that means the current version applies.
